    I have not been there but since it is indoor, I expect the place to be quite dark. Flash is also not allowed in the shop. Please bring your widest aperture lenses and be prepared to ramp up your ISO.

    This month's 「カメラマン」 magazine has an article on photography in Cat Cafe. You may want to get a copy of it, only 600yen. For your reference, the photographer in the magazine uses a 50mm F1.4 and a 70-200mm F4L lenses on a Canon 50D. Even with an F1.4, he had to turn up his ISO to 800. So that's how inadequate the lighting at the cafe might be.

    As for me, a poor amateur, I will be bringing with me my 50mm F1.8 and 28-135mm F3.5-5.6.
